Protests

As Mark and I were walking into one of the sessions this afternoon, we had to push our way through a huge crowd of protesters outside the auditorium. They all had signs and were yelling "1.5 to stay alive!" I don't know exactly what they were referring to but the signs all seemed to be in support of small island nations.

The tenor of the protests have begun to amp up considerably. Its only the third day. I can't imagine how intense things are going to be come next week when negotiations move closer to some agreement or perhaps, disagreement.
