Last Day

After two weeks of negotiations here in Cancun, we are now in the final hours of the conference. It is yet to be seen what, if any, agreements will be made. There must be a great deal of talking occurring behind the scenes at the moment because so far most everything that had been scheduled for this morning have been canceled. Perhaps this is an indication of how far things have fallen apart. Perhaps this is a good sign. Either way, we will soon know.
